Defend Your Pick #9



Avengers Dominated, once again. and Battleship and Dictator didn't do much. GI Joe must have gotten scared because they have moved out of the summer and into March of 2013. Yes almost a full year, supposedly to do post 3D conversion. Maybe Avengers scared them because they were going to open just one week before Spider-man and thought i don't know maybe The Rock is scared of Spiders.
This week COULD, and that's a big could, see the knock off of Avengers with Men In Black 3.


This week we focus on your number 9 Picks.
Still all fairly out there choices. From Rock of Ages to GI Joe. but it looks like animation reigns supreme in our Number 9. so I'm guessing we think kids will go out in droves this summer, but just not as many times as us cool adults. Yeah take that little Younglings.

    As much as I love Madagascar, I love Ice Age even more. The parents would be more apt to go see this more because they are guaranteed a good laugh and wouldn't mind seeing a "kiddy" movie. Reason why it's #9

    Some twi-hards will watch it because of the lead. A second round of girls will watch it because of Thor. Lastly, I might even watch this flick because of the trailer (muted of course).

    Madagascar always does good, even though ive never seen a second of it. but i gotta say that commercial with Chris Rock singing, "Circus Afro, Circus Afro Circus Afro, poka dot" is kind of chuckle inducing.
    Kik- ice age track record is better then Madagascar
    Rene- Yah I want to see it because of Bella, I mean Thor. No really Charlez Theron looks bad ass in it and Nick Frost is playing one of the "dwarfs" and that other guy from the Mist and Cpt America. their cast is pretty deep

    This look to me like a fun movie. Its hard to tell u why I picked rock of ages at 9 when kits not really about what I think of ROA but more of how I feel it fits with the other ten. Row coming out a little l8… glee hype could have helped it a year maybe 2 yr ag, Alec Baldwin tom cruise good summer box office cast... it deserves to be in top 10

    I figured Snow White will do better because of the Twi-Hards, so I put it higher. That and because Charlize Theron looks amazing in it. I had put G I Joe, bastards mored the date. I think they got scared on having so many geek movies, especially hero geek movies. I should have put Prometheus.
