  1. Why did I pick Madagascar3 as #10? Kids love animated movies and Madagascar has proven to be one that the kids love. Who doesn't love the penguins? And there aren't a lot of kid friendly movies during the summer. So I picked because of the kids.

  2. Kiks- I concur about the kids, they drive specific times. I personally have never seen any of the Madagascar, and don't plan to see this one. Sure it will be in the top 10 but i think you put it too low.
As for my pick, GI Joe, I put it at #10 instead of Prometheus and Intouchables. Joe looks good and I Think the Rock can drive more people to see this, aside from Bruce Willis and Wonder Woman and Channing Tatum/

  3. I picked Ted after watching a preview of it w/ no sound. Why you ask? Because that's how all the top critics make their picks for the summer's box office hits!

  4. With No Sound. Never heard of that. So does it work with no sound. i guess you would have to watch it for the first time without sound.
I really wantd to squeeze Prometheus in my top 10 (ala Kel) but man a Rated R Sci-fi hit is a pretty hard sell to maintream audiences. I have no doubt it will be great but commercially, aint no thn likie a chicken wing. or whatever.

  5. I still don't think it will do better than Ice Age...

  6. I choose Men in Black 3. I figured it would do well, since it is a Will Smith movie, but people wouldn't really flock out to see it. I only wanted to do 2 kid movies, but I put them up higher.
